Sucks to get old but I give them props for the work. You can tell that the old saying that legs go first is 100% true.

It's also a lack of strength this is a natural show. Without PED's when you cut for the show you just don't have the calories and power in your legs. Believe me your ability to squat drops like a rock.
Just a few more years and Kai Greene can enter the 50+ group and win the grand master Mr Olympia 😂😂😂
