Ice cream had turned out amazing with you recipe ... One request can you suggest some recipe for the left over amul cream .... It splits if I freeze it and can't stay for long in normal fridge . Cream goes waste .

Hello ! Yes, you can.. :) just try to still use the thick bit, gives a creamy texture. Or even if you lightly whisk it and then use it.
