Masala Paste Ingredients:
Coriander seeds - 3 tbsp(tablespoon)
cumin seeds - 1.5 tbsp
fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
poppy seeds - 1 tsp ( teaspoon)
pepper corns - 2 tbsp
cinnamon stick - 1 small piece
cloves - 4
cardamom - 3
red dry chilli - 6
cury leaves - few
small onions \ shallots - 200 gms
garlic - 8
ginger - 1 inch
tomato - 1 small
grated coconut - 3 tbsp
Nattu Kozhi - 1/2 kg to 3/4 kg - country chicken
other ingredients:
Bay leaf - 1
star anise - 1
stone flower(if available) - few
fennel seeed - 1 tsp(tea spoon)
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
Water
sesame oil
chopped coriander
