To tell the people to be aware of own problems to solve them. Russia doesn’t speak in public about problems in their military. Not even Putin knew about the problems. And so the invasion of Ukraine was meant to fail.

Wow. We had jets flying over our house a couple of days ago. (Border between England and Scotland). Very scary... I wondered what was going on. Definitely picked up training 😢. For context I'm near a radar station.

I don't grasp the concern; Russia struggles even with Ukraine, a much smaller nation, so the idea that they would risk escalating conflict with NATO seems far-fetched.

Kiev's new regime began butchering the opposition. Southeastern Ukraine, a pop bigger than Ireland's begged the world for help. Nobody answered until Russia 8 years later, in Feb 2022.

​​@@ZillennialJ is that true however , how many T 90s ,or even (upgraded) T 80s have been lost in Ukraimr ,and true they arent sending their T 14s really, however they only habr perhaps 40 of those instead of the 100s or 1000s they originally planned , because of the relatively limited sanctions even after 2014. amd in the air true they havent commited much of their air force to Ukraine ,taken losses however being largely held back for potentially against Nato.. but how much precision weaponry do they have , they didnt fire the massive barrage of missiles like they did last year winter 2023 . Amd at sea the black sea fleet one of their 4 fleets equal to the baltic fleet has been crippled pushed back to ports in eastern back sea like novorossiysk and operable use of sevastopil lost really. and the baltic fleet ,while not in action any reinforcement of the black sea not an optuon cuz of Turkiy activating the Montreaix Convention ,but the Baltic flt cuz of Sweden and Fiinland joining Nato really in not very good strategic position now ,the entire Baltic sea with Nato countries ,the Swedes with Gotland island , their steath frigates amd AIP subs and the gulf of Finland ,only 50 miles wide at narrows, able to be covered about in entirety by Finnish anti ship missiles
