I used basmati rice but you can use any rice.

After covering the rice with foil should the rice remain on fire while the foil completes cooking or should.it be removed completely from fire.

Hi rebecca, yes the rice should remain on fire because it's not completely cooked. Take out the foil when the rice is soft.

Does it mean that the foil paper prevents it from burning, since dr is no enough water in the rice

@@rebbeccachineye5992 no the foil paper will trap all the steam from escaping. The steam will complete the cooking on low heat.
