Native American Heritage Month: How to Make Corn Husk Dolls

Celebrate Native American Heritage Month by creating your own corn husk doll. Corn plays a major role in both food and religious aspects of Native cultures in the Americas. These dolls were made by a number of indigenous groups across the Americas and are still made in various Nations all over the United States. For all ages.
Materials Needed:
Corn husks
Twine
Rubber Bands
Scissors
Paper Towels
A pan or tub with warm water for soaking corn husks
