Native American Flute Music: Meditation Music for Shamanic Astral Projection, Healing Music
Shamanism is a system for psychic, emotional, and spiritual healing and for exploration, discovery, and knowledge gathering about non-material worlds and states of mind. Shamanism is a "technique of ecstasy" in which the spirit of the shaman leaves the body and travels to communicate with spirit helpers and other beings for the purpose of obtaining knowledge, power, or healing.
Shamanic Astral Projection or Shamanic Journeying is an altered state of consciousness wherein you enter a realm called non-ordinary reality. By journeying you can gather knowledge and perform healing in ways that are not accessible in ordinary waking reality.
How does shamanism work?
Some people think that in shamanic healing journeying, the spirit leaves the body and a person is being healed by spirit helpers. Others think that shamanic journeying allows access to one's own intuition, which may otherwise be drowned out by the prattle of everyday thinking or by anxiety; and that it is a way of engaging a person's subconscious desires for healing.
Shamanic healing may not cure physical or psychological illness, but it may help one gain psychic energy that will allow one better to handle illness. Shamanic healing therefore is best used in conjunction with other treatments, not as a substitute for them.
Connection with a Power Animal
A power animal protects you physically and provides you with emotional support, wisdom, and vital energy. Some people think a power animal is a spirit being that stays with you because it cares for you and enjoys being able to experience life in a physical body. Others think a power animal is a symbol for one's subconscious wisdom. Almost everybody has a power animal; some have several. (Perhaps you had an "invisible animal friend" as a child or have always been fascinated with a particular kind of animal. This animal may be your Power Animal).
A person may, in the course of life, lose contact with the power animal, thereby losing the animal's protection, wisdom, and energy. If you lose contact with your Power Animal, you may feel dispirited, or you may become sick easily.
The Shamanic Astral Projection technique of Power Animal Retrieval can restore a person's connection to a Power Animal. A person can also journey to find his or her own Power Animal. To maintain a connection with your Power Animal, take the time to learn about your animal, learn to feel its presence, communicate with it, and honor it by doing things that it enjoys.
Free flow of emotional and physical energy
Health requires a free flow of energy that one can use to accomplish one's desires in the world. But one's energy can become blocked in various ways.
People who have lost parts of their life essence, who have been ill, who have lost connection with a Power Animal, or who are regularly exposed to emotionally stressful situations are vulnerable to intrusions or "psychic infections" that block a person's connection with self or drain a person's energy.
An intrusion can be thought of either as a foreign energy being that takes up residence in a person's psychic body (a psychic infection), or as a psychic structure (an emotional wall or barrier) that a person built to keep herself safe from harm, but that now is blocking some of his/her energy expression. A person with an intrusion might feel drained or ill, might have aches and pains, might have nightmares or other fears. A shamanic healer can find and remove intrusions and barriers in a healing ritual called extraction.
A sense of purpose
A sense of purpose is necessary to happiness. The person who loves and cares about the world and fellow beings, who wants to make some small part of the universe a better place, has a sense of purpose. A person can find a sense of purpose in life by seeking knowledge and direction through shamanic journeys, divinations, and rituals. One can do this alone, or with a group of people engaged in similar quests. A shamanic healer or counselor can't find another person's purpose, but can help one seek and interpret information.

I've always appreciated the culture since I was a young boy. I have a cousin who is Native American and we would visit pow wows to learn more.... Recently I lost my German Shepherd of 11 years. She was so big and beautiful. Due to the current state of the world, I wasn't allowed to be with her in her final moments. The pain of the moment and the look in her eye still haunts me. This song helps me feel a connection with her and I just hope that one day I will get to walk with her again. RIP Samantha

I played this for my mom two days before she passed. She had been visited by "people standing around her bed" whom she did not know. She said how peaceful the music was as they stood there. I tried to find the most peaceful music that might even remotely touch what she touched. She passed into the next chapter peacefully. Her suffering was my suffering. Her peace is now my peace. This music is whispers from Heaven.

The cry of the wolf has always been a beautiful thing in this life and world we live in. Paired with the Indian flute you have the most real and peaceful music you will ever find. It's things like this we take for granted. They are both there and most of the human race prefers not to acknowledge them or get a chance to experience them. We must learn to embrace the little things before we reach for the stars. The wolf and Indians had it right when they lived well. They were and still are thankful for what nature gave them. Find peace and be apart of nature. Life is only temporary after all.

This must explain why back when I had the operation years ago and feeling alone to the point I felt something inside of me... For lack of a better term die and made me feel like going forward was pointless, can't exactly remember how long it took to get through... But when it happened everyone could tell something wasn't right... Even now years later I still feel alone, people who should look after both me and the elders we have (I'm only 29... But I've seen the darkness for what it is, I've adopted my own sense of what the unaware don't realise is just as corrupted with darkness as those in power... Religion, my thing I believe in is the river of Life, if it's alive it's got a soul... But if it's souls tainted by evil you'll know, at first you'll think you was seeing things but eventually you'll see, when you've experienced soullessness and survive you don't see things the same but chances are there going to be dark also trying to sow a soul seed in a soulless being in order to reap corruption

He was asleep in less then 10 minutes and was so happy I chose the right one he had already found for himself earlier on his tablet. He always talks about wolves and has a fascination with them. I listened to this a couple years ago whenever I was practicing meditation more frequently. I discovered this same meditative music again in 2023. The past week has put a lot of stress on me. Took 10 minutes out of my evening to stop, listen, and breath through my stress. Before meditating I had a stress headache. Now allowing myself to quiet my mind, and doing my deep breathing. My headache is no longer hurting anymore. Now I am going to continue meditating to relax my body after stressful days at work. Hope everyone else is taking the time to release stress like myself. Happy Holidays ❤

"I am White Feather, a Hopi of the ancient Bear Clan. In my long life I have traveled through this land, seeking out my brothers, and learning from them many things full of wisdom. I have followed the sacred paths of my people, who inhabit the forests and many lakes in the east, the land of ice and long nights in the north, and the places of holy altars of stone built many years ago by my brothers' fathers in the south. From all these I have heard the stories of the past, and the prophecies of the future. Today, many of the prophecies have turned to stories, and few are left -- the past grows longer, and the future grows shorter. "And now White Feather is dying. His sons have all joined his ancestors, and soon he too shall be with them. But there is no one left, no one to recite and pass on the ancient wisdom. My people have tired of the old ways -- the great ceremonies that tell of our origins, of our emergence into the Fourth World, are almost all abandoned, forgotten, yet even this has been foretold. The time grows short. "My people await Pahana, the lost White Brother, [from the stars] as do all our brothers in the land. He will not be like the white men we know now, who are cruel and greedy. we were told of their coming long ago. But still we await Pahana. "He will bring with him the symbols, and the missing piece of that sacred tablet now kept by the elders, given to him when he left, that shall identify him as our True White Brother. "The Fourth World shall end soon, and the Fifth World will begin. This the elders everywhere know. The Signs over many years have been fulfilled, and so few are left. "This is the First Sign: We are told of the coming of the white-skinned men, like Pahana, but not living like Pahana men who took the land that was not theirs. And men who struck their enemies with thunder. "This is the Second Sign: Our lands will see the coming of spinning wheels filled with voices. In his youth, my father saw this prophecy come true with his eyes -- the white men bringing their families in wagons across the prairies." "This is the Third Sign: A strange beast like a buffalo but with great long horns, will overrun the land in large numbers. These White Feather saw with his eyes -- the coming of the white men's cattle." "This is the Fourth Sign: The land will be crossed by snakes of iron." "This is the Fifth Sign: The land shall be criss-crossed by a giant spider's web." "This is the Sixth sign: The land shall be criss-crossed with rivers of stone that make pictures in the sun." "This is the Seventh Sign: You will hear of the sea turning black, and many living things dying because of it." "This is the Eight Sign: You will see many youth, who wear their hair long like my people, come and join the tribal nations, to learn their ways and wisdom. "And this is the Ninth and Last Sign: You will hear of a dwelling-place in the heavens, above the earth, that shall fall with a great crash. It will appear as a blue star. Very soon after this, the ceremonies of my people will cease. "These are the Signs that great destruction is coming. The world shall rock to and fro. The white man will battle against other people in other lands -- with those who possessed the first light of wisdom. There will be many columns of smoke and fire such as White Feather has seen the white man make in the deserts not far from here. Only those which come will cause disease and a great dying. "Many of my people, understanding the prophecies, shall be safe. Those who stay and live in the places of my people also shall be safe. Then there will be much to rebuild. And soon -- very soon afterward -- Pahana will return. He shall bring with him the dawn of the Fifth World. He shall plant the seeds of his wisdom in their hearts. Even now the seeds are being planted. These shall smooth the way to the Emergence into the Fifth World. "But White Feather shall not see it. I am old and dying. You -- perhaps will see it. In time, in time..."

My 17 yr. old senior chihuahua absolutely adores this meditation. Being so vulnerably blind & partially deaf, this is the only thing I play for him during vet visits or hard times. He’ll amazingly follow the sound of the wolves howling & will sit right next to the music. The howling wolves just instantly takes him to dreamland. Where he feels so free & peaceful. The best healing music ❤️❤️❤️✨✨✨

Stay safe and remember there are alot of racist people but be kind anyways to them and be smart. Do not walk anywhere alone and do not take pills. I love you all and let's all re populate the earth with our children and give them the best life we can. Dont let them wipe us out. Be good parents and study what social workers do. Social workers are bad they kidnap native American children but find out how you can avoid them by not having any police contact or no anger issues. Do not hit your kids just be patient with them. i fell asleep to this. i had the strangest dream. before i fell asleep i prayed to the great spirit to give me a sign of what my purpose is. in my dream i was running with a pack of wolves. we ran on this gray, seemingly endless path, but after many days of running i tripped and fell. as i was left behind by the pack out stepped a beautiful white wolf that seemed to hold the universe in its eyes. i was on that road that never ended, no way was a wrong way, it all led to tge same place. but unstead of pushing me back to the way i was going, the wold nudged me off of the path. everywhere i stepped a trail appeared behind me. the wolf kept following me, watching me. i think tge wolf was tellung me to stop running with the pack and to make my own future, and that it will always watch out for me, pushing me forward when i get weary and down.

I'm a grandson of a Cherokee shaman who was my grandma she dealt mainly with medicine and healing she did for both adults and kids and I'm proud to say I inherited some of what she was able to do I created a small healing spice mixture that goes well on meats and in soups it'll help with aces and its helped me with my headaches too

This type of music reminds me exactly why we humans exist on this planet. It reminds us to treat one another with respect and show compassion to one another regardless of who we are. At the end of the day we are human beings prone to live a very short life in this world Anyway great video! God bless.

It was so beautifull life, that they r all loved and respect.🙏until the disaster came to only their land. Put them to the reservations. Made them-be slavers in their own. Land. And the same disaster can not stop. Wants more and more on our. Planete. I praying every day and i hope only. God helps us to see the sun and blue sky another day.😍🙏🙏🙏❤

Random person from Romania here (Eastern Europe) this is amazing! They have a culture and an energy that's very difficult to find. The USA should celebrate all of it and acknowledge the native americans. The rest of the world rarely hears about them and many of us think they were completely eradicated, which is not true. Please, take good care of them and their traditions. They don't want you to leave your country and come back to Europe, they want recognition and respect. It the least the world can offer, after everything we put them throught.

About 8 years ago I had a major stroke. I have been deeply troubled since that time. I my self started playing the NA flute. I can not say how much it helps in soothing my soul. When anxiety, depression, is so overwhelming due to my issues of a traumatic brain injury this seems to be my only release. Of all the doctors and medications this is the best medicine by far. Please keep up the great work and service that you provide.
