My favourite car related "KZreadr" has to be Project Nigel. A slightly daft but entertaining channel focusing on MG Rover mostly. I own 3 Rovers currently, so it's perfect for what keeps me entertained.

@@MickDrivesCars Well worth a watch. He does car reviews too, so its not solely Rover content. A video of the ZR would be nice to see. 2 of mine are Rover 200s of the R3 generation (3rd is a 1991 Metro, but I can't get insurance until I'm 21 for some unknown reason), so anything related to the 200, 25 or ZR is interesting. I'm currently on the look out for some ZR suspension actually, as it would improve the handling of my 214 nicely.
Technically, the correct way to position your mirrors is so that you see no duplicate information. Your side mirrors should be arranged such that their vision starts where your rear view mirror ends, giving you maximum visibility. The cons are that it will feel very strange to not see your own car in the mirror and it makes positioning your car in a lane using the mirrors more challenging, but you'll get used to it. The safety is worth it.

My preferred is with the car edge parallel to the line of sight and the horizon on level road in the centre of the mirror. It's not necessarily "best" but maybe for me.
Always makes the day better to see you've uploaded a video, Mick. 👍

My dream roadtrip would be to drive though the TransFagarasan in Romania. Stunning scenery there! Last year I drove through the Furka Pass in Swiss Alps. It was epic. That experience really sparked my interest in high mountain roads.

Oh god YES. There's one video on Schaff's motorbike channel on a road there that just looks otherworldly. Always wanted to go.
Yeah that's what i thought with the steering wheel hand position, since you have your arms lower than where you grip, you push down with bit more force, I tried lowering the seat to max just to test this and it's even more noticable also yes i love physics conspiracy theories, when you have no idea how something works and you try to figure out the logic behind it also also: yes i'd enjoy a little series with your commentary

Yeah I enjoyed it immensely I'll try to come up with some silly stuff for every one of these videos in future
8:38 I think this is wrong though, you should never be able to see any part of your car in your mirror. You should lean all the way to your window for the driver side mirror and lean to the middle of the car for the passenger one, at which point then you adjust to barely see the car. This is because people dont realize how much field of view their rear view mirror has and by adjusting so you barely see your car in the side mirror you are not seeing anything new that your rear view doesnt have and you are creating a blindspot. People have blindspot mirrors and cars now have blindspot monitoring, but you shouldnt have a blindspot because essentially your side mirrors sole function is to monitor your “blindspot”. All it should do is let you see if theres a car to the side of you where you would merge. Additionally for the up and down a good starting place is to have the horizon in the middle of the mirror
