Rhasidat you are a brilliant athlete and you will get better and better, congratulations

Kaczmarek had to break her own personal record to win you could say and Adeleke broke her PB too. Natalia is specialized on 400 meters dash since many years back so what can you say. Very good done Natalia and very good done Rhasidat. Adeleke is almost there, soon 22 years old. Now she knows she needs to get some extra strength on top for the World Championships to come and she has the potential if she specializes, I believe either you specialize on 100 and 200 meters or you have to specialize for 400 meters only.
