May be as part of your audit - you should also cover some drone shots of these parks and separate recordings of software apps.

There should be a UPI like application for storage facilities also and everyone should register in that and availability of space and facilities of storage that will make that unorganised sector into organised way... Every private and govt storage facility should come under one roof although management of that storage maybe private or govt transparent availability and demand of that will be seen clearly and improvement will be done simply and faster
