This video is about Nate the Snake (in black) at the 2013 NBL Super Grands Amateur Internationals in N. Charleston, SC on December 31st, 2013.
This was Nate's 2nd NBL fight ever and he was fighting in the advanced 12-14 year old sparring division. You will see that his blitzing has improved a lot under Brian Plempel's coaching! Also, if Nate was NBL seeded/ranked going into this end of year tournament he probably would have placed higher than 5th.
Nate's opponent (in red) narrowly wins in this video and goes on to place 3rd (the calls went his way - if anything the final score should have been 10-8 or 9-8 instead of 12-8). Of course, I'm biased but I seriously think Nate could have given the 1st and 2nd place fighters a run for their money!
