I was so very blessed by this. I have two different stage 5 cancers am on hospice I got covid the week before Thanksgiving and for 8 days my family said they watched me dying daily not knowing if I would make it 5 minutes more. Long story to say this when I had my first clear thoughts I was singing this song. When I went to KZread to find it yours popped up it was as if my very soul was singing to the Lord when you were singing. Thank you so much for posting this. I pray the Lord continues using you to minister to others.

I stumbled upon this rendition last night. And it reminded me of when my aunt used to play piano and sing this song in church when I was young. Brought so many memories. Been listening to it on repeat all day and just enjoying the vibe. I’m a musician and a singer myself. Used to lead a worship band myself. So I savor this rendition like a scrumptious meal for the soul. Non musicians usually don’t fully understand how u can enjoy music like a meal. It’s like a chef enjoying another chefs perfectly created meal. 😋 Natalie is one of a kind singer. I can only liken her to either Christina Aguilera or Ariana Grande in her mastery of singing. Every break, every falsetto note, every breath note is like a scrumptious piece of pie u want to savor and to keep on eating for the rest of ur life. Bernie is also such a superb musician. His choice of chords and just complementary playing is like a delicious topping on top of her voice. They’re such an amazing duo. I’m praying my future wife and I can come close to this level of synergy. It’s so warm, soft, pure, powerful, spirit filled and perfect. This is what I imagine worship will be like in heaven! I rarely stumble upon perfect renditions and this is one of the few I can safely say is the perfect one! Gaither band singing the National Anthem for Fourth of July comes in second to this!
