Very enjoyable interview, thanks!! Nat, you gotta open PSA Grading in Germany / european union pls. Customs are killing trade with the uk. Reasons: EU market is waayy bigger. UK left; also to make their own trade deals with US and the world, let them send those cards over the atlantik or the channel paying for customs and extra regulatory stuff. Booyakasha! 😇

Fantastic Interview, If what Nat is saying is true and you can sell other graded items in my PSA vault like the CGC comics I have in there right now that are listed on Goldin. Also if we can buy CGC comics on eBay and have them shipped to the vault, that will be a HUGE market! So I really hope he is right, or better be looking into it if he's wrong...make it happen. I have graded VHS, toys, comics, cards all in my PSA Vault. They recently said I had to remove my raw ungraded items, but they did not say the CGC comics or other graded items. So this would be a game changer! honestly I see eBay as the spoiler in all this, they ruined so many good things over time, it's troubling. PSA I think that part is OK.

the idea of buying cards and having the option to send them to PSA crossed my mind, but i appreciate Nat’s reasoning against it, because you can’t see all imperfections on a card without examining it for yourself, so there would be a lot of disappointed buyers

I certainly used to spend 2 hrs a day on ebay buying cards lol. That was back in 2016 when your poke dollars went along way.

Last interview was great this one was 4x better. Crazy how much more you get from him when he is not Degen ripping packs lmao. CGC interview when?

Funny I thought the opposite, I didn't really like the eBay Vault, I have a PSA Vault which I like a lot. If I can sell my other slabs, VHS, Video Games or CGC Comics, holy cow, my PSA vault is ready to roll!! I sell on Goldin and PWCC now, and stuff sells but it's a trickle, eBay would certainly up that. I was very skeptical at first, somewhat disappointed considering fees are higher than Goldin. I don't know, I think I might be all in, I love my PWCC vault, so I'm not moving out of that anytime soon. It's not for everyone, I understand that, but lots of advantages.

Hey Nat, my son has been trying to get through your customer service to resolve an issue with my son's account, He has called everyday for the past 2 months and no one will call him back and he has emailed a dozen times with no response. I would like to get this resolved peacefully and quickly.

Didn't he just say when you choose to vault a card and sell on eBay, your slab will be sold through thier PSA account? Did I hear that wrong? Ebay owns tcgplayer, and now PSA will be selling on eBay. What's stopping PSA from buying raw cards through tcgplayer, grading for themselves and then selling them on eBay? Slippery slope if that ever happens...

@@Brodieplayspokemon That part of my point, you won't know if it's a card they graded or if it's a card someone vaulted to sell after grading. Would be sold through the same account with no distinction.

I see what your saying, you will always find those that don't trust eBay and some don't trust PSA, some both! Personally I think PSA doing the shipping, listing, vaulting is a positive for sure, and any separation from eBay touching the cards might be a good thing. And honestly I think PSA is way better now that Nat and team took over, some crazy accusations and scandals happen years back. So I trust Nat 100% but you're dealing with massive amounts of workers, some may have bad intentions and that's never going to be 100% so issues will pop up as it does with all grading companies. I'm hopeful it works out, I have lots of questions still.

Dear Nat, I know you are never going to read this, but why is there still no european submitting center after four year of unprecented boom in the hobby? And why the actual fuck would you now consider the UK as a location. That's still as terrible as before for 90% of the european customers.
