God. Man, great memories growing up. I am turning 37 this month. I tell you what, I cant believe how fast time has gone by. I would do it all over again if I could and I wouldnt change a thing... Well, I might embrace it even more, and never sleep. Bless be the good old days, the good times. Love you all.!

The sound of those cars was immaculate

Allen Bestwick on the radio, Dale Sr. winnin' the race, the crowd and crews celebrating, it was magic.

Man I was just a kid when this happened, even though I knew nothing of the sport or of Dale at the time, I knew that when everyone lined up on pit lane that I witnessed something special. Rest easy, Dale.

I remember that day. It still gets me choked up watching it all these years later. I was a Gordon fan, but everybody knew what that race meant to Earnhardt and I think back then everybody was a closet Dale Sr. fan.

There’s no way you can watch this without a smile on your face , just hits different

I just remember being in tears after Dale won the Daytona 500 I was like "he did it! He finally did it!" This was a win that I remember for all time, I still remember it like it was yesterday. Dale led everything except lap 200, so he finally did lead that last lap.

Love this idea. Need to make more maybe the 2002 500, 1999 Bristol, and 2006 Aarons 499 for some ideas

@@jawmedia7575PRN is the radio crew at SMI-owned tracks like Atlanta, Bristol, Charlotte, Texas and Sonoma. MRN (owned by NASCAR) works the other tracks like Daytona, Martinsville, Fontana, Darlington.

Retro Radioactive? Wow this was very cool and interesting to watch what other Retro Radioactive's are out there this was a nice callback to Dale Earnhardt winning it back in 1998

the race, the victory, the celebration. it will never be repeated in stock car history. the greatest stock car driver, nascar most famous driver known around the world and when you see that statue at daytona you cannot help be emotional. legendary doesnt come close. they dont make them like Dale anymore
