I've had them for almost 30 years. 3 surgeries and they just grew back. No sense of smell for 4 years and constant ear infections. What helped my is sinus rinsing with added Pulmicort (steroid), keeps them shrunk and I can breathe and smell again. Nasal sprays just don't get the steroid where it needs to go.

If you only get them when you’re sick it’s not polyps, it’s just a normal production of mucus since you are sick.

At the 3:07 mark, hypoxia in infants might be more clinically significant than just a blueish coloration to skin. If an infant is cyanotic they should probably be on supplemental oxygen. Please consider expanding upon this point on whether or not polyps present a greater risk to children.

CRSWNP can be treated without surgery. In 2020 I had nasal surgery. I suspect my polyps are result of allergy since 2007. But in 2021 polyps came back, Otolaryngology doctors suggested another surgery looking to my new CT. But I have treated them without surgery in only 23 days… by hunger treatment. Full hunger, only herbal tea, some 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil once a day. That’s it. I can share my CT before and after treatment

Persistent Sinus problems with or without nasal polyps or candida / yeast infection on the tongue could be an early warning sign of a bigger future problem. Please do NOT ignore this advice. Do a medical check-up for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) as your symptoms may be originating from a form of Hiatal Hernia and/or an H. pylori infection ( I had to do an endoscopy with biopsy to confirm this as it did not show in my blood or stool even though it was in my stomach). You would be surprised how problems with your gastrointestinal tract affect your overall well-being. Other symptoms may include Anxiety, vertex headaches, chest discomfort, shoulder and neck tension/ discomfort, unexplained weight loss and difficulty gaining weight, iron deficiency, anemia, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, loss of appetite, shortness of breath, sudden severe cold (because of air trapped within the GI tract, palpitations (high pulse), high blood pressure especially at night or while asleep or even slightly low blood pressure,
