When you think about it, Tenten is the most ninja-like character in Naruto. She's proficient in tools and refined her traps to it's best. But she's up against DBZ-like characters

She had no personality till the latter parts of series (If not till shippuden, I don't even remember her having much scene in original series other than slapping Lee around in FoD)

I love how they gave her the best theme song. Out of all the songs about a show with a central message of hope and never giving up, this is the song that makes me feel that the strongest

If Tenten just got that screen time she needed she would have been an amazing character. I loved using her in the games and her character in naruto SD. Even in those little bits of screen time she did get you could tell how down to earth she was and not fangirling over Sasuke all the time.

They had so many opportunities to use Tenten : •Sasuke retrieval Arc (1st) •Hidan Arc (The Group that consisted of Asuma, Shikamaru, and those other 2 Jounin) •Pain arc (When Pain destroyed the Hidden Leaf Village they could've added Might Guy's team to fight off the Pain) •She should've been entirely in that filler arc after the 4th Shippuden Arc. •That filler in the end of Naruto where they went to find that bug

Tenten was a badass, actually fought and used her wits like a ninja. She would have become one of my favorite characters easily if they kept her growing. This is why I liked part I, we got to see these "weaker" characters survive using their wits and environment. Part 2 was just wizard wars.

I felt like Tenten could have been a great character if Kishi cared, Shino too, he was great in part 1 but then Kishi stopped caring about him too, Shino and Tenten have to be the characters Kishi cares the least about, even people from the other villages do more and get more screentime, they're still two of my favorites though

the cutest theme. I absolutely adore that tenten and neji share this theme. Team Might Guy is my favorite. They truly embody the idea of working hard to achieve their dreams or goals; despite hardships or failures. I stopped watching Naruto around episode 160 for shippuden, but recently have just been exploring Team Guy’s stories. I barely found out that Tenten wanted to study under Tsunade, and that she wanted to be a medical nin. But she couldn’t! And despite that she threw herself into fuinjutsu. I admire their stories immensely. I just wished neji wasnt used as a plot device to get hinata and naruto to become closer.

I actually thought that she was like the prettiest of all the girls at the start of naruto. Can't believe she didn't get much screentime 😓

All of ya’ll who talk about how little screen-time and how useless she is must CLEARLY have forgotten the great ninja war. Tenten slapped hard with her Bashosen and single handedly defeated Edo Kakazu’s lightning mask. Also, she acted as a one-man squad alongside Ino-Shika-Cho against Kinkaku and Ginkaku. Lastly, let’s not forget how quickly my girl realized she was trapped inside the Infinite Tsukuyomi when everybody else was else was living their best life asleep.

The naruto serie was so awesome in the beggining, then all the characters lost meaning....

@@lapsedilationdrive3943 The problem was in first part if we look deeply, kishimoto was not able to portray the relationship btwn sasuke and naruto at first,so in last parts and in shippuden when naruto became obsessed with bringing him back we just couldn't feel it that much except for those flashbacks during first fight at final velly. So if he had shown us that in first place we could have got better view towards it. So you see kishimoto is actually a little weak in portraying characters and mainly girls so everyone hates sakura , also tenten's character was also unjustified. But To not make that same mistake again In boruto they are trying to portray kawaki and boruto's relationship and then they will show the conflict between two....

Potidaon you’re actually tarded. Yeah, it’s illegal for kishimoto to put more emphasis on a character he would later on make the raikage. I don’t know where this braindead community got the idea from that every character has to be relevant to the story and be in the picture all the time. „Pointless fights against zombies“... you just called it pointless to prove your dumb point without actually explaining why it’s pointless. This whole arc was to showcase all the other characters and how they fight since they only had little screentime before that.

Damn getting real with that comment 😂💖 they REALLY downplayed all of the female characters and emphasized more on the male characters which was annoying to see. Because rewatching Naruto from the beginning you see how Naruto and Sasuke are the ones doing all of the fighting. They all got the same training so idk why they didn't let sakura use her superior intellect when fighting. She was the smartest and performed all the jutsus perfectly so idk why she wasn't more offensive in battle smh. Shit gets annoying with Sakura just crying in the background. It's not even Sakura's fault its the writing.

Okay and ? Why make other characters if you're just gonna make them shitty and half assed. Im rewatching naruto and the most fighting she's ever done was in like 2 episodes (Forest of Death scene where she cuts her hair. And then the Preliminary Exam with her and ino) if all of the characters went to the same classes and had the same training why is Sakura the only one who cant fight and defend herself. And why is the show filled with sexist comments about women. Cause obviously the creator either doesnt care for women or didnt see them as important enough in the stort.

Eduardo Barajas NARUTO is the development of the protagonist. His journey to become a legend to his people like his father. Naruto has a large number of characters. It is impossible to develop everyone. At least women in Naruto fight, unlike other anime. There jounin women and even Hokage and Mizukage lol

Tenten is the greatest well known and well used character in the entire universe she is like god when it comes to pop culture, she is a TOTAL icon. What a masterpiece of a character.

Tenten’s theme was always my fave in the Naruto soundtrack

Everyone writes that they associate this theme with childhood memories, but personally, I associate this theme with the epic victory of Temari over Tayuya in the first season, saving Shikamaru. This theme is never forgotten, because it was just a wonderful theme of victory and all the beauty of Temari.

What a sound full of hope and beauty !

Such an awesome yet underrated character....

People really under rate this goil. Her fight was amazing. No hands signs! Rising twin dragons! Literally the best name in existance. People need to give tenten more notability.

Well she barely had screen time so ofc she'd be underrated still sad tho since she's literally the only actual ninja- character(uses kunais,knife,shuriken,etc) unlike those dbz-like characters lol

Late necro, but Kishimoto made her that way. He created all these interesting characters but in the end gave them so little character development and made it the Naruto Sasuke show.

She's so ignored that she didn't even get Neji at the end.

ummm no this was Tenten theme that they use for her in the chunin exams, this theme was first used on her and in the soundtrak oficial book of Naruto is filed as Tenten Theme.
