Rod Patrick has probably the biggest variety of width and length options available. They are well made.

Really appreciate this video Jeremiah - I have 3 pairs of boots from Rod Patrick - I am lucky because I live in the Dallas Fort Worth area and can just drop into the shop. I wear 10.5 a and 11 aa depending on the boot style. It is actually kind of crazy how many different widths they stock. Still, good to know there are other choices out there. I love my Rod Patricks, but they are not cheap - all hand made.
As someone with 11.5AA feet, I loved this video!

I have a pair of R Watson’s in B width. I’ve seen some Rod Patrick’s in a B width as well.

RM Williams make most of their boots to size by hand in Australia. They're expensive, though.

I looked into this recently and Lucchese will let you order any of their Handmade in Texas boots in B width sizes for no additional cost. Just a 6 month lead time.

Grinders cowboy boots? I've heard they aren't so robust. And the sizing of the boots are poor?
B width ain’t narrow enough, my friend. Need to know of places with AA widths.
I'm a US mens size 10.5E. Isnt it like the equivalent of a 11.5D?
