Nardwuar interviews are a great way to determine a subject's true personality. Truly nice people appreciate his thoroughness and eagerness. I've also seen them go very bad when the person being interviewed lacks patience and/or appreciation for all of the work he's put into his questions. Natalie sees him, and is right there with him.

Oh man, I was at her Vancouver concert and I've been waiting for this video since I saw Nardwar filming in the audience. Such an emotional concert, I listened to her whole discography the weekend before the concert, and hearing her talk about her noise and drone influences makes a lot more sense after listening to Strange Challaces of Seeing.
I'll be 70 next year. I love Weyes Blood. Such an artist. Just bought a couple of vinyls.
Well.. I now have immense respect for her. Moving out at 17. Building this life through music. Highly admirable. She’s made a name for herself through her obstacles and experiences. My favorite track of hers is Mirror Forever!
That part when she talks about Hesse and "Hemingway's male bullshit" I love her

Great interview, TR and FRSTE are some of my favourite albums and it's nice to see the lady behind the music is so lovely and well-spoken.

it's funny to hear the discussion about whistling because she had an incredible whistler named molly lewis open for her on the hearts aglow tour. mesmerizing show
