Narcissists Always Watch You

In today's video, we're exploring a compelling and often unsettling topic: why narcissists always watch you. If you've ever felt like you're under constant scrutiny or surveillance by a narcissistic individual, you're not alone. This behaviour can be confusing, intimidating, and exhausting.
Narcissists have a deep need for control and validation, and one of the ways they maintain this control is by keeping a close eye on those around them. Whether it's through social media monitoring, constant check-ins, or subtle forms of surveillance, their goal is to ensure that their influence remains unchallenged and their ego constantly fed.
In this video, we'll dive into the psychological reasons behind this behavior, the tactics narcissists use to watch and control you, and how it impacts your mental health and freedom. We'll also offer practical tips on how to protect your privacy and set boundaries effectively.

Only a „super empth" can solve this easly: 1) A super empath has a strong sense of awareness by questioning them wihout fear, they call them out 2) A super empath sees through a narcissist's mind games, 3) A Super empth break a narcissist ego by pointing out their insecurities, 4) A super empath doesn't take anything personally because of arrested kid stuck in adult's body, 5) A super empath fight with narcissist real hard because they have a strategy. They know the predictable behavior.

My ex has been watching me. Last week he broke my garden furniture and left a note, past thursday i found a dead mouse on my doorstep and today i was moving and hes seen my belongings in my friends car and kicked the rear bumper off. Im now in my new home with a new phone number, new email, new everything and all hes got to look forward to is jail for 10 years with no visitors.

My narcissistic father in law would always “drop by “unannounced . Drew a boundary with him but then he would drop a “present” by . I cut that tactic off too by boundaries, it wasn’t taken well. A month later my mechanic found an apple tag on my car. He earlier talked about buying apple air tags for a travel trip …

Too true. While so called ”in the relationship”, he would feel free to ignore me, not follow through on a plan, etc. But he also lived within view of my car. So, had I actually felt like talking with him, I could just drive away and within minutes my phone would ring with him questioning where I went! It was bizarre.

@@fifilafleur5555 I'm a guy and have been able to spot a male narc fairly easy. I'd lived with a narc wife for 22 years so I started listening to these videos and watching and learning. I could have saved one girl a lot of trouble, but it was a group setting and I wasn't asked to get involved. Would you get upset if I got between you two and said something? I agree with what you are saying, and it did happen in the past, but it is not happening now. They don't like being out of control, so they cut their losses and leave. These particular family members really don't have anything to do with us. I don't actually consider them part of the family any more, and the revolving door has turned into a door that locks. GOODBYE!!!

Update: the grandiose narcissist who broke my heart is trying to enter my life again, after 4 months of strict no contact that I imposed. Why? Because he saw another man flirting with me (another selfish, not really nice man, also).. Because he now knows that I am over him. Of course, thanks to your videos, I have healed, he cannot influence or convince me for anything and I know what this is all about. It's sad that most charming men in my country are spoilt, narcissistic and players. I can spot them now. Thank you.

Thank you for your question… I would suggest not making you business page private because it won’t serve your business well. Perhaps a malware device or software that blocks third party interactions. Ask in a computer shop if there is something that can block these types of website. I know there is software that can do that. But don’t know the name of it. In time it won’t bother you that he is watching 👀 he just likes to keep an eye on what you’re doing.
