@@h2orainwater39 its shocking... i think I even had ptsd from it. Just remember that narcism is on a spectrum and try not to take it personally...theyre just selfish-unconscious beings...but no matter how you slice it...If they were controlling, jealous, codependent and emotionally draining...you won, because if after they left you gained peace..then you didn't lose anything. My life is peaceful without him. I hope you feel better soon.

It’s insane that narcs go to relationship after relationship...but after being with one, it’s like you’re traumatized and don’t date for a long time due to flashbacks, triggers, trauma, and needing to HEAL from that specific relationship. Never again! I’m much more stronger now. My life is about me now 😭🥰❤️ don’t ever look back! These people are evil!

ain't that the truth. If I even started talking to a woman I knew from back in the day I was trashed by her. Yet if she met somebody, a guy, from back in her past its like I became completely invisible. Never introduced to them, completely ignored, as she engrossed herself & flirted in what he had to say. Pathetic really. Pathetic that I put up with more so.

Just let them explode on you in front of their friends. My soon to be single narcissist went off about nothing in front of our friends on multiple occasions. When I finally brought up the abuse I've been tolerating, most of them automatically brought up "That one time they went off on you for x,y,z for seemingly no reason". In my case, her own friends took me in, and understood me. They even criticized the narc "You really don't deserve that.. I still love them but thats not okay" and were there for me. My advice is, TALK TO PEOPLE ABOUT IT. Don't be dramatic or talk to dramatic people, talk to people who display solitude and empathy, they more than anyone will not only understand, but respect the boundaries associated with what "venting" entails. Be strong, for yourself. They will degrade you until you leave, then promise to stop, or do whatever you want, in order to keep you around. They don't really mean to do it, but they rarely change, and due to this you must leave them. Maybe they will find someone who likes being abused, thats their ideal relationship.

The problem is most people rush into a relationship way too fast. The way I think of it is that most people you meet are not your match. You try things out for a while. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work. There's no deadlines. If he/she gives an ultimatum show them the door. Don't get so emotionally involved so quickly.

Smartness is important in a relationship and cyberhackinggenius helped cloned my husband’s phone and I got access to all his dealings both on phone and social media without touching his phone. All I did was share my husband’s phone number with cyberhackinggenius and I was able to read both his new and deleted messages from my phone without having to touch his phone. My husband was a cheating Narcissist and I’m glad to find out all his secrets and infidelity with the help of cyberhackinggenius. I’m here in UK and able to access my husband’s phone messages with a link on my phone even while he was away in Canada cheating on me. I got to discover that my husband who is legally married to me here in UK is also recently married to another woman in Canada and I’m finally going through a divorce with lots of evidence against him. I read all his Whatsapp, Facebook,Skype,Instagram and Snapchat messages Including the deleted text and recent messages. You can contact this great Hacker Gavin via Gmail (cyberhackinggenius) or text and speak to him directly on his phone and WhatsApp : +19256795146 and don’t forget to thank me later.

Absolutely true!! I ended up in two horrible relationships with narcs because of my mental stories. With the first it was that I wouldn’t find anyone else, the second was putting him on a pedistal...in my mind he was the perfect person...after I fell so in love with him and shit got real, I discovered his true colours...he was wearing the thickest shiniest mask...I was too blind to see it before I sank. Please ladies - I beg...whoever reads this...if you have a little tingle/sensation in your body, or a intuitive hit in your gut, that it doesn’t feel good being with the person, honour it. The stories of doubt or fear start kicking in, ignore it. Your intuition always supersedes the stories. Love yourself enough to listen to your inner voice and honour it. I wouldn’t want anyone to experience the emotional turmoil I’ve gone through these past few years ♥️

You have helped me, and continue to help me in stabilizing my emotions with being with a narc who emotionally abused me, via manipulation, guilt, etc. I continuously went back after the "hoovering" & love bombing; but recently have gone zero contact, and it has been 32 days (when today is over it will be 33 days). It has been a struggle to enforce this, but I feel much better everyday, practicing self care and parenting myself while feeling every feeling so I can heal. I just resonate with your videos, and listen to these also with my teen daughter so that something she hears may help her learn about healthy relationship patterns, self love, etc..

Thanks for the video! But... Do not expect another person to make you happy. You won't find happiness outside of you. Happiness is within you. If you find someone that is nice, okay! But do not expect that person will be your other half. This person already has his internal struggles and won't be able to solve yours. Do not try to find the perfect person for a relationship because you will fail.

I totally agree with you 120% !!! That’s why whenever I come across a channel that talks about “revenge” and “Karma” on a ex narcissist, I immediately skip it only because it shows that the person hasn’t grown enough emotionally and in a place of true forgivenesses because technically speaking it isn’t the ex narcissistic fault that they did the behaviors they put on to you. In fact, it goes way back to what the parents and their parents and the history of of family members taught and projected onto their Children. So again, I don’t blame the ex narcissist, instead I forgive them and myself and my family traumas and find a healthy place to move on so i can become “FREE”! And that’s the best place to be !! Thank you so much for your videos and support! I can’t thank you enough!!💜💜💜😏

Stephanie, I love your videos! I take time in my day just to watch them :) I always feel so much better after listening to you give advice on “loving yourself..” I just got out of a four year relationship with a guy who has narcissistic tendencies, I am totally convinced he has NPD. I am also a psychology graduate contemplating going for a masters program in family and marriage counseling. Your videos have helped me realize the situation I was in during my last relationship. You’re right, everything about the relationship becomes so repetitive it’s being on a “hamster wheel” so mentally and emotionally exhausting. I am still dealing with the hurt and manipulation ten months later. I was introduced to cognitive dissonance during a therapy session, it’s definitely the biggest thing I still struggle with today. But your videos help so much and I admire just how brave, smart, determined, and considerate you are in making these videos every week. These are things everyone should know and be aware of when forming new relationships with people especially when in your early twenties like me. I recommend your videos to friends and family, they tell me they watch you now. Thanks for your videos!

Exactly! I dont surround myself with people like that because there negative people and any attention you give them feeds them more energy. I have known men and women like this that hide behind their money and assests and live by themselves its a comfort thing for them but if they didnt have it they would have a melt down. Its hard for me to relate to a narcassist because their goal is to live life by the dollar, sometimes they want something for nothing and when people spoil them or hand it to them they become bitter because of it. Steer clear of these people because no matter what you do its always somebody elses fault, its never their own.

Funny how a person can be controlling, belittling, selfish, dishonest and manipulative. But when I finally stand my ground she bails out and blames me. I look forward to the light after the darkness. But I do love her so it will be tough
