Thank you so much for your videos! I recently discovered your channel and I've been binging your content. After thinking for ages that I have depression and ADHD, I was finally diagnosed with CPTSD and a lot of things started to make more sense. Also, the more I read about narcissism, the more I realize how much it describes my mother, with my father being a sort of passive enabler. People like you (and my therapist) are an immense help and I'm hoping to become a therapist myself one day.

Hi - I am glad these videos have been helpful. Re being a therapist, this work is so rewarding and there are not enough therapists who understand narcissism, good luck with it.

This gave me spots of clarity that I was desperate for. I’ve been dealing with a number of these behaviors from a loved one and yea…they have been chewing me up for a LONG time. Thank you so soooo much for sharing your education, insight and experience with us. It’s an amazing help for some of us ♥️

Very interesting video. Thank you. My father had a lot of narcissistic tendencies, and (I've been told) my mother did as well. Here I am, so many years later still unraveling my childhood and working with repercussions of early patterns...hoping and striving not to harm others.
