Thank you for this. It’s taken videos like this and time to process the concepts to understand auto eroticism. I say thank you as a covert narcissist on the fringes of my social circle has been a temptation to continue to interact with post trauma bond. This temptation almost for a year. Watching your videos daily helps me resist see the truth, see the false self and realize my fantasy, empathy are for a person that does not truly exist. That what the narcissists wants for themselves does not at all align with my goals, ways of social connection. That i cannot fix, teach or help them. Thank you!

I never dreamed this could happen to a handsome narc but if a man narc can be in love with his own body that may be a reason he has no interest in being intimate even if he says every day he loves you but you end up totally confused and frustrated.This mskes sense because I always blamed myself.🥀

Had someone tell me how I was feeling stating s/he could see it in my eyes. This person had all sorts of ideas about fitting into my life, wouldn't take no for an answer. Didn't ever ask me what I wanted, IF I wanted the same things. This person was so far off base in understanding s/he was living in a fantasy.

Yes! When trying to Hoover me back, my narc said he knew I love him bc he could see it in my eyes. There was definitely NO love in my eyes!

I have a friend who does that. We go out and she's all "Everyone is staring at me." And in a vain way, not a nervous "Do I look ok? Is there something wrong with me?" type way. So I look around and literally nobody is...

My ex covert narc would always comment on the way I looked at her. Constantly feeling herself. Thanks for this, I was a buffet of supply to her. Wow. 😂

Ok, so when I told my narcissist I loved him I would look directly in his eyes face to face. The look he gave me back was confusing, mind u I've known him for over 40 years, anyways he would stare at me back directly in my eyes and just stare as if he was looking deep into me to know if I was telling the truth like he was confused or couldn't believe what I was saying. Telling him any other way wasn't a problem, but face to face, eye to eye, he couldn't process it or so it seemed.

@elizabethbathory6144 I didn't know he was a narcissist till like 5 Years ago. When my sister told me she read about things he did. I don't believe he was full blown but he had many traits. Unfortunately, I felt sorry for him and the life he experienced as a child. I was caught up in trying to please someone dealing with my issues. He died a horrible death even tho he did some ugly stuff he helped me when no one else would. Of course, now I know it's because he wanted me to think highly of him. Regardless he's help was life-saving.

With my narcissistic ex she would always try to one up me with the "I love you" She would always reply with "I love you more" and I thought it was just a cute bit of banter but she never stopped it. Even days before the discard she still said it and said it the exact same way in the exact tone of voice. Like a response from an AI when you ask the same question and it would give the same response

Yes. I've noticed they'll talk to me and look at others in the room or nearby. As if they're performing. They will look at their face as they're expressing themselves and if they believe it's not landing they'll say "what? You think (an oppositional opinion)?" And then proceed to hammer their opinion even more to "win" the argument. Meanwhile, the person never said anything.

But if they hate themselves, why would they be attracted to their own body? And why do they hate You when you love them?

Only one thing for livng in this hell is Dignitas..ive decided im hell on legs in an empy shell trying to exist now alone but i cant as theres nothing inside. There is no other way out despite 20 years of expensive therapy already...i hate myself snd the world too ...

This is only my second day of being without the man I loved. But he made me feel so ugly I was looking at surgery to look perfect. I was always told I was pretty but he stole all my self confidence. is it possible the path of being : so called primary narcissist, and after some sort of traumatic experiences --> develops depression/schizoid/anxiety/asocial, and lately becoming aware of the missregulation but not really understanding what is really going on. Very relative fast developing memory problems on any sort of information.

What consequence remains, when NO CONTACT is not possible? Don't look?

One question I’ve always had is.. why did my narcissist want to sleep with me even though he was cheating. He had also expressed insecurity that I wasn’t attracted to him and knew I had no desire but still would all while still cheating. Does this have something to do with it?
