Thank you Madam. My dad is battling covid n we don't know what next moment is going to bring to us. He simply loves Dahi wada n always ordered it in every restaurant that he went. N m making this for him. I don't know how much he will b able to eat but I want to serve him this, made by me n m sure he will be happy.

Hello Kavita. I have been following your recipes for quite some time and they come out perfect. I wanted to know whether the left over bhalles have to be dipped in water again before making dahi bhalles. I am storing them in the fridge.
