Napolitan- Japanese original pasta with ketchup sauce

Today, I'm going to introduce you to the recipe for Japan's original pasta, 'Napolitan.' This delicious dish, unique to Japan and not found in Italy, is a must-try for anyone looking to explore the world of Japanese pasta creations.

Ingredients:
Pasta: 180g
Onion: 1/2 piece
Green bell peppers: 2 pieces
Wieners: 4 pieces
Ketchup: 15 tablespoons
Butter: 10g
Canola oil: 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper: to taste
Procedure:
Remove the core from the onion and slice it into 2-3mm thickness.
Remove the seeds from the green bell peppers and slice them into rings about 2-3mm thick.
Slice the wieners into 5mm thick pieces.
Warm a frying pan over medium heat and add oil.
Add ketchup and stir-fry well to bring out the aroma.
Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry over low to medium heat for about 20 minutes.
Boil salted water and cook the spaghetti.
Add about a ladleful of the pasta water to the sauce and mix lightly.
Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the sauce along with butter and mix over low heat.
Serve on plates. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired for extra flavor.
