✅ INGREDIENTS:

Flour - 750 g (+50 g for dusting)
Butter - 400 g (or margarine)
Milk - 180 ml
Plain yogurt - 180 g (or sour cream)
2 eggs
Salt - 1/2 tsp
FOR THE CREAM:
Fresh cream - 400 ml (or whipped cream)
Milk - 600 ml
Sugar - 300 g
3 eggs
Corn starch - 80 g
Butter - 100 g
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
※Bake in an oven at 220℃ for 8-10 minutes
From the amount of products above, you get a cake with a diameter of 21 cm, a height of about 10 cm and a weight of about 2 kg 300 g.
