Suge never said that. Reggie didn't either. Suge always said "2Pac was having a real hard time in prison." Reggie quoted that. Some people try to take that as that must be what they meant. But neither of them ever said. Wack 100 is goofy as fuck and has ulterior motives. He says a lot of things.
