1 stalk white part of scallion
3 dry red chilies
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce

I sliced the stems on a 45 degree angle, so that there’d be enough surface area on them to absorb all the delicious sauce.🙂

Not washing too much ratains nutritional value, possible extra protein and enforces immune system. Just the natural God given way.😅
