I mean idk about Simon but Ramsey as far as i know is actually very sweet when he isn't doing Kitchen Nightmares or Hell's Kitchen or whatever other shows he's in. I actually met Naomi Campbell in the early 90's . I was a bartender at a famous bar that all celebrities hung out at. I can tell you first hand that the way the media portrayed her is way off. She was one of the few celebrities that never treated me as a person who was way beneath her. Not only did she tip me well she always remembered my name and the other employees that interacted with her a lot at that bar. She was very kind to us and always treated us with respect. I can't say the same for other celebrities. I think because she was one of the few black models at that time, she had to be tough. Anyway, that's my two cents.

Not really true, in her early career, Gianni Versace, Kristy, Linda and some others supported and defended her like crazy. Linda and Kristy would cancel shows and deny designers if the refused to include Naomi and Naomi was arguably Versace’s favourite model. In the 80s the designers had no choice but to use Naomi. She did become good friends with Gianni when she was there

@Gee Tar being a model is not just about beauty and I hate when people talk like this to them. Did genetics give them a slim body? No, they worked hard for it. Hours in the gym, limited from food etc. Did genetics help them from crying in there pillow when they got rejected and felt worthless? No, they got back up and kept working. Did genetics help them when they got little to no sleep?no! They work hard for where they are. And you saying they only got where they are from looks, is sad.

And it wasn't Gianni who informed Tyra. It was Angelo as she says in the clip. Gianni had girls that he absolutely loved and other girls that he preferred or chose to include in his iconic shows. Tyra likely wasn't his cup of tea although she was making an impact at the time as "the other black model." When I think back to that time and those models I just don't see Tyra on the same level as his iconic walkers.

This. I think of her the same way I think of Mariah Carey. A little bit of an exaggerated diva persona that is partly tongue-in-cheek and partly their earned right because of how much they've accomplished in their given fields and how much crap they've had to deal with early on. And as you've pointed out, it's rare to see anyone complain as much about "rude" men like Gordon Ramsay or Simon Cowell.
