Nancy Wilson is one of the most gorgeous, fabulous women God ever made. The woman can sing. She is absolutely beautiful. She has aged so gracefully over the years. I have loved her since I was a kid. My parents bought her albums. I am 57 years old and she is still one of my most favorite songstress'. I saw her this past summer at the Hollywood Bowl and she was still as fabulous as ever. People walked her to her seat on stage and she sat and sang to us. I was mesmerized. Love you Nancy Wilson!!

And she never had a starring movie role or a TV seriess of her own! Thank goodness. Otherwise, we'd have been denied the pleasure of hearing her mastery-- of an ironic song, of the mic, her elocution, the different placements of vowels and consonants--some from the sides of the mouth, others eluding musical definition. And so hip---to bring the Cole Porter novelty song (Miss Otis Regrets) into her big pop hit--opening up a new dimension for both tunes. This is a level of sophisticated musicianship that we're on the verge of losing. Notice her non-stop monolog and then, without missing a beat, grabbing her first pitch from out of the air somewhere. Other singers sit or stand with their guitars out front, banging on chords, until they hear one they like--then take their chances at starting on the right pitch. (Perhaps of no matter with the introduction of "auto-tuners.)

One of the best female vocalist of all times hands down. A class act.

Fantastic. Nancy performs a classic songs with her voice that is like no other.
Not only a wonderful entertainer, but so beautiful with it. Was saddened last December (2018) when I heard of her passing. She will remain part on my life and in my life for the rest of my life. Sadly, I am nearly 83 so...….Please continue to listen and enjoy. You owe it to Nancy.
Fantastic performance !! Favorited yet again, I just love listening to Nancy. Thank you!!
you go girl tell it like it is love this lady
Music is expression. Ms. Nancy Wilson doesn't just sing music, she IS music. When she opens her mouth, music pours forth, period.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY NANCY!!!!! may you be Blessed with many more, Such a Classy Lady with a Song, We Love You Always.

I like your depiction , it is filled with the substance of a great orator. You were able to fill-in a detailed Birdseye, play by play view of a carefully crafted delivery of a song in concert that is a must see. your words are crafted with the art of brilliance also. I am just an appreciative fan of your written blog GoMoore

The most fabulous lyrics delivered as only Nancy can !!!! Thank you!!
What a joy to watch! ❤️ One of the greatest voices of all time! 🙌🏾
Saw Ms Wilson twice at a Jazz Supper Club that used to be in Redondo Beach, CA called The Strand. As many have stated... Class Act! One of my all-time favorite female vocalists. Her hair was ALWAYS laid. Miss her brilliance. 💯💯💯
This song was in my mother's repertoire . She was a jazz artist and played with some of the most amazing jazz musicians. I can't remember a day when I was young that I didn't.hear jazz
Our mother would play Nancy and all the other greats back in the day and when we would complain she would play it again. Saw here once at a theater in the round - what a concert. The singers of today could take a lesson.
One of greatest singers of the 20th and 21st century! One how will not be forgotten, truly a world treasure!
