It's my hometown!

Nice video. Cute town
I watched two others youtube vids on Nancy and they sucked. Yours was the best cos you had great photography and also showed loads of personalised or intimate street scenes of your fave places in Nancy and your suggestions for places to visit. The music was good too. You also said the streets were cute and charming, which defo applies to you.
Thank you for honest opinions, I m just moving from Strasbourg to Nancy this September for a research stay.
Sur Nancy je te conseil d'aller voir la cure d air magnifique vue de toute la région de Nancy .C est au dessus de Laxou avenue de boufflers

Hi Lyndi, I lived in Nancy for several years and I totally share your point of view. I have never felt at ease in this city though I admit there are some beautiful spots (Parc Sainte Marie and and le Musée de l'Ecole de Nancy are two of them). A god tip: walk early in the morning when the weather is sunny. Thank you again ;-)

She does not know that she is not comfortable in this city but that it is not her favorite city. What made you uncomfortable in this city?

Ce n'est pas une citadine, à l'évidence. Ses vidéos sont axées sur la simplicité, la nature. Ca nous change des youtubeuses décervelées.
Hi, thanks for the video… I will be in Nancy very soon and I will be there for half a year. I will love to rent a bike for the duration of my stay. Is this advisable and like how much will it cost ?
Hi Lyndi, Thanks for the views of Nancy. I plan to be there at the end of August. Would you know where I can rent a bike and an electric bike for 5 days? Thanks

thanks for watching:) to rent a regular bike - throughout the city, you'll see them parked everywhere at little stations. However for an electric bike, i know i've seen a shop in the old town, but if you type "vélo electrique nancy" on google you'll see MANY shops where you could rent:) !
Hi Yindi! I liked your video. It's a simple video, as I like it, which gives a very interesting idea of Nancy.... Can you tell me what the music is from 7:45 to 8:15?

Hi? I was wondering where is that spot shown on minute 2:36? I've never seen it

Hello ! It’s this little square on RUE RENÉ D'ANJOU and RUE DES LOUPS :)
I am planning to come to Nancy in early May for a 2-week stay. I am able to stay in another place for that time, so I am very curious why you say that it's not a favorite. It is my plan to visit Metz and Strasbourg via train from Nancy, but Nancy would be my "base" during this vacation. Are there specific things that are irksome or subpar? I hope that you will elaborate. Thank you.

Hello! I say it’s not my favorite because there’s not much to do. The vieille ville is adorable and great for a little stroll and get a coffee:) there’s a couple museums and an aquarium but there’s not much to see / do. I would make Strasbourg your home base because you could also travel to nearby towns in Alsace :) (but if it’s cheaper, Nancy is a good option and you could always travel by train to Alsace as well !) hope this helps and thanks for watching ^^ bisous

Ne regrettes tu pas les States ?
What don't you like about Nancy? Just curious, not criticizing. We are thinking of retiring there.

hello! i've actually recently come to love nancy:) it's a nice size-- not too big nor small. There are things to do and different events throughout the year..good cafes / restaurants. it's well located for travel. like most european cities, very walkable. i think what i didn't like was when i was in town just for work, i didn't get to experience the city in the evening and discover the food and different events - but with time, i've been able to and really enjoy it :) thanks for watching and let me know if you have other questions :)
