Laney usually has so much jangle, anyone these days can do drive drive but getting some chime in the output makes it so nice.

Nice amp!! Nice demo!! I own a GH50L and a VC50 This amp is like the GH50L but with added control over the output tube section. The Master output and Master Tone controls replace the Resonance switch and the Presence control, giving you more control over the room.

Premier Guitar's demo videos from NAMM are awesome because the amp/pedal/guitar sound is properly captured. Every other NAMM demo videos are captured with a camera mic, with lots of background noise and shit. Well done guys!

+Rafael Andrade Wrong...TheToneKing carried a wireless handheld, and his videos are 1000 times better than these. "How to use an amp" for 12 year old kids? Yawn...really?...LOL! 4 minutes of explaining remiedial amp stuff, then a bit of noisy playing. Wow , it sounds like an amp, go figure.

Really missing my PT50MV. I might like to try one of these out to see if I can get it to sound similar. Kinda got sick of the upkeep and got away from tubes altogether, but maybe if it wasn't 30 years old...

is it really possible to get very clean sounds, even though the two channels are drive? I want besides the drive to use the amplifier as a pedal platform, would it deliver this function to me with quality?

+Mister Tee That's true. He used a UK rated Marshall on 1/2 US power so it sagged a lot! UK/Europe/Australia rated to 240V/15@50 USA rated to 120V/10@60! 1/2 power!

***** He actually used a variac to lower the voltage. When those old Marshalls were starved they distorted.
