This Dark Chocolate Namelaka Cream is incredibly silky and intense in chocolate flavours, with a delicious melt-in-your-mouth texture. It is a great chocolate cream that can be used as a cake and pastries filling or frosting.

Ingredients:
- 180 ml Full Cream / Whole Milk
- 30 gr Glucose Syrup or Honey - optional
- 4 gr (1 teaspoon) Gelatine Powder - plus 1 tablespoon cold water
- 200 gr Couverture Dark Chocolate, 70% - or good quality dark cooking chocolate
- 360 ml Thickened / Heavy Cream - min 30% fat content

- 180 ml leite integral - 30 gramas xarope de glicose ou mel - opcional - 4 gr (1 colher de cha de po de gelatina -mais uma colher de cha de agua fria - 200 gramas chocolate amargo 70% - 360 ml creme de leite duplo - no minimo 30% de gordura - nunca vi pra vender no Brasil, mas existem substitutos talvez creme de leite fresco
Measurements?
Please advise, Can I put it under fondant or sugar paste Thx in advance

I would not use under fondant it softens easily.
Where is the glocose syrup?!

it's optional. You can add it to the milk if using some.
This looks similar to chocolate cremeux. No eggs, though.

similar yes, but you end up with a texture that is a bit different :)
