So that explains why this game is Single Player only in Pac-Man Museum +. They had Ms. Pac-Man originally and couldn't be bothered to remove her for something else, either Pac-Mom or Green Pac-Man.

That's not too likely, at least not for now. I don't think my internet is fast enough to host Parsec with an extra player.

It is possibly Pac-man Jr. It's another regular size Pac-man wearing headphones.
