Namami Utkal Janani -An Original Odia Patriotic Song dedicated to Odisha

Odias are always very attached to Odisha and the Oriya language in their heart and mind, irrespective of where they live, be it in Odisha or abroad. This is a prime example of the Odia pride, where some Oriya language and music lovers from distant America have created a patriotic song in honor of Odisha soil on the occasion of Utkal Divas. More than 40 vocalists and dancers have come together online to create this ensemble. Even though the global pandemic has enforced lockdowns all around the globe, it could not deter these determined team, rather enforced their resolve even more. "Namami Utkal Janani", is a song written in the glory of our motherland Odisha, an eastern state of India known for its history, rich arts and cultural heritage. The Song features the Odissi classical dance as well as Sambalpuri folk dance of Odisha and is produced by OSA-California to celebrate Utkal Divas (Odisha Day)-2021 observed on April 1st.
