Today in our village, We cook the Nalli biryani recipe using fresh lamb shanks. We use Seeraga samba rice to make this traditional biryani recipe. The special of this mutton recipe is while eating biryani, and we taste a lot of bone marrow with the meat.
We enjoy the biryani at the evening! The taste is delicious!

I am a Hyderabadi and I literally loved it. And guys, it’s not a dum biriyani. For holy sake there are more biriyani variants than our spices 😂😂. I love Hyderabadi biriyani but I would always love to try biriyani from other parts of the India.
