Hi, yes and no. After I apply the blooming gel I did not cure it until after I apply the white gel polish.

Did you cure it before adding the pigment powder? If so for how long?

Yes I did. I cured it for 60 sec and then apply the pigments

I'm new to this type of designs. Let me see if I am correct. 1.base coat. Cure 60sec 2. Black gel cure 30sec 3 blooming layer now Im guessing no cure. 4. U add the white dots do you cure again now? That is how far I've watched. Wanted to get these steps right first.

Thanks for watching my videos. So you cure after the white dots are added. Then apply pigments, then topcoat and cure.
