Troubleshooting a NAIAD 252 stabilizer system on a Johnson 56 powerboat. This system was overheating after about an hour of use. Two issues needed to be solved: clogged cooling circuit and poorly flowing NAIAD heat exchanger. A simple improvised low-powered circular pump system was assembled to flush the NAIAD (3-5 gpm flow) heat exchanger, and the clogged hose/fittings on the cooling circuit were repalced.
