I'm from Nagaland and my husband is a South indian, I cook mostly boil food .... now he likes my cooking...I even make him eat boil curry without oil n now he eats all types of boil vegetables... he said he never knew boil vegetables curry were soo tasty ....😊 I'm very health conscious so I make sure that he stays healthy too ... n to say I do know how to make south indian dishes too ...😊

Naga national dish is smoked pork with axone as it is the fav of the majority. My personal fav too!
