Exactly what happened to me. We are pretty close to each other but then days past he just won't text me again. Until this year. On New Year, he suddenly texted me and it was when im supposed to be over him because i tried so hard to forget everything but i guess i just really love him that just seeing his name popped up makes me happy? Idk.

I honestly think this song greatly represents Jung's (14th Prince) feelings for Hae Soo. They have such tragic love story tbh. He's been in love with her for so long and he managed to hide it for he is aware of his older brother's (Wang Wook) feelings for her and he respects him. He's gonna end up marrying her in the end so she could get out of the palace. By then, she's going to be so sick (on the verge of dying) and would eventually die (probably in his arms). It's so tragic

Her voice is so painful + this song basically is about one sided love! Someone we can't have but we love with our all !

She has the kinda voice that can touch the souls. She doesn't need amazing techniques and high notes, she makes you feel like she knows how you feel. Her voice feels like it's embracing you and tell you that it's gonna be alright. Bless her.

I hate to acknowledge that they didn't end up together. But they have a daughter together.. so that's quite fine to me. Wangso had it the worst, everyone practically leaving him. He didn't get the chance to marry Haesoo,the general left, the astronomer left, and Bark Ah also left him at the end. At the end, Wangso is all alone again.... the throne is a lonely place....

2021 now~ Still remembering the love that this song makes me think of. Knowing that he is safe and happy even with a person that isn't me, gives me peace. Still holding on to the hope that maybe someday, somewhere, someone will also love me the sameway. ♡

I am kinda disappointed at myself for not knowing this earlier but its good that I had the time to watch it, I always cried when somebody dies, (at the story) especially when The 10th Prince, Prince Eun and his Wife died together at the same day. My eyes bawled out tears nonstop.. Then when Wang So covered Hae Soo in his cape(?) it also made me bawl out even more. Then remembering how pity I am for Ji Soo or The 14th Prince, Prince Jung, he really loved Hae Soo yet she loved Wang Wook and Wang So, but in the end, he takes care both Hae Soo and Hae/Wang Seol (The name of Soo’s daughter) and how she died peacefully in his arms.. He really loved Soo truly but he knows that he can never have her.. This is.. Truly tragic.. Now I hope I can sign for petition for S2. This literally is the most saddest K-Drama I’ve ever watched..🥺😭💔

"I believed it was destiny, I called it love" This part never ceases to make me cry. This song always makes me cry whenever I listen to it. It's been years, yet I'm still crying. I'm still longing, waiting and hoping. It's sad because I'm waiting for a new ending for a story I've already watched.

This girl has more soul than most singers. She produces her best music solo. Not with the music companies who just want to produce girl groups making punchy pop music. I hope she stays solo. She will conquer the music world.

+Rhea Cruz Lee Hi's drama? Lee Hi isn't even in this drama, she's only singing the OSTs. Also I don't get how the original comment seems "so naive". She's a fan of Lee Hi/YG and is just supporting Lee Hi. There's nothing wrong with that, she doesn't necessarily have to appreciate the drama it's from 🙄 Also the drama is shit anyway, more than halfway through the drama and the main couple isn't even together yet. Too much focus on the second male lead. There are so many flaws in this drama lol. +gt pat Lol? As much I am currently arguing with the person who posted the original comment, she's right. This is nothing about Wook to Soo, it's definitely Wang So to Hae Soo. This OST even played during their scene. Even the first four lines are definitely Wang So to Hae Soo. Also, the line, "I only answer to you" is a clear indication that it's not Wook to Soo. Wang Wook chose to chase the throne and stand with his family. He clearly answered to his mom when she forbade him from going to Hae Soo.

You guys know how it feels like when that happens? it hurts like bitch. When you like someone but they like someone else. and you're there watching it happen ad being heart broken. That happened to me actually. it's still happening ngl. i moved to a new school and i developed a crush on this guy. i am not a people person so i don't talk to people much, even him. But he still talked to me sometimes, which made me like him more and i felt like he was so nice and all. That went on for about a year but at the end he rarely spoke to me anymore, there were still the glances and our eyes would meet but nothing else. he didn't talk to me anymore, even the small talks, and me being not a people person couldn't do it first. At the end of the year, that was last year, i started thinking about getting over him. At the start of this year, i decided to do it. i felt as if i had done it since we don't interact on social media i thought so. But the moment i saw him again, all the feelings flooded back in. thankfully, we didn't see each other a lot this year. but i had a few classes with his friends, and.... the girl that i think he likes. i overheard her talking about him and it hurt real bad. i see them talking and being all shy and all and it really hurts. i still try to get over him but the feelings cant seem to go away. every time our eyes meet i feel all giddy and happy. i start thinking maybe he likes me, but then i tell myself he doesn't. it's a just look, it means nothing. but that happens every time. i feel like i'm numb when i see them together, it still hurts no matter how many times I've seen it. it's nearing 2 years of me having a crush on him, i don't know how to get rid of it or how long it will take. i hope it's soon, i don't want to be hurt for someone who doesn't want me. i don't think anyone actually read all this. I'm a huge Korean drama fan, that includes movies as well. This is the only korean drama that I watched that has so far the best OST. Really, I'm crazy about It. I listened to them EVERYDAY and I can't get enough.

base on the meaning of the song its for Wang so to hae soo.. the love of So towards to hae soo, it means that so loving hae soo from a far, even if hae soo love somebody else So is loving hae soo so much... at first I want the 8th prince for hae soo but when wook didn't do anything to save the life of hae soo and he wants to be the king I changed my bias. and I thought Wang so is a villain because of what hae soo see in the future and his attitude but So did anything to save hae soo and his not greedy for the power. I hope in the end hae soo and wang so will live happy outside the palace

I have a theory for this story (i aint bighit but ok) my theory is hae so might come back to the present time and she.. met a person who looks exactly like wang so? but she cant do anything about it since the goryeo dynasty was like centuries ago and its impossible for the wang so look alike to be him. and sooo hae soo can just watch from afar because he looks like her last love. (according to this song lyrics) damn that hurts, cant wait for the finale episode ;-;

In my realization, the song means that even (about the drama Scarlet Heart) Hae Soo and Wang So didn't end the way everyone wanted to be, but the memories and moments are still remain. From this drama and song, i do believe now that there is no really forever in this world 'cause everything has an end, but though it let us think that having the person in a hard situation or time, or even we have to say goodbye, it's alright because having someone is not for forever, it is for the mean time, elsewhere for a longer period loving her/him deep inside of the heart.

This song is so dear to me I feel like it was written for me only, it's the official anthem of my first and only love story, every word is so relatable every sentence is describing a specific moment ...it's my favorite song ever

This song is made for Wang So and Hae Soo. It literally screams SoSoo with every single lyric. So always loved Hae Soo with all his heart and soul. He never hesitated to take a stand for her or showing his love but she reciprocated quite late and even told him that she liked someone else. Then she was hesitant due to all those messed up memories of hers. Then after their brief happiness together she left him sore with these very feelings (that she was in love with wook and leaving with Jung). He never got to know the real reasons of her actions but in came that letter where she wrote 'Do you still think whole of my heart doesn't belong to you'😭😭💔 I'm surprised that some of y'all didnt get the essence of this song and didnt understand So. He was a complex yet brilliant character and deserved all the love but was left alone 😭💔 It's like Hae Soo said there love was more ahout longing and yearning for one another, the rest of the lyrics depict those feelings Hae Soo has in the modern world "remember love you, in your eyes I'm living there" "I can't see you, I can't catch you"😭😭 She knew he loved her immensely and she wronged him by walking away hence she felt sorry.
