Today, on the occasion of my first Holi, I tried your some of the dishes like-(Maalpuaa, Veg-Pulaao, Makhaani daal, kachori, Paneer sabzi, and dahi bhalaa.) All the dishes were well prepared and can't express you about the taste. All family members appreciated and given a lot of blessings due to you mam. God bless you Mam 🙏

Today I ate Amazing dal in my life, my husband was very happy after eating this . He said it's like restaurant kind of dal wow

This was the best daal I ever made or ate in my life !! What an amazing and simple recipe kabita didi!! My husband loved the daal and even asked wow what daal is this… as he doesn’t know the names of the daals and has been earing tuar daal mostly!! He loved it and I loved it too!! Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe ❤️😍

Dal is not our regular food. We used to eat only once in a while . But your recipe is really great. We all enjoyed. We already cooked the same recipe 2 times in one week. Hoping to make it as part of regular diet instead of our regular fish curry rice.Thank you Kabita for such a detailed presentation and a very delicious dal.

I love this daaal soooooo much.. I add green peas or palak or cauliflower or carrot.. it tastes so yumm

Thank you very much mam. This is the first dish of my life (like the first daal). Although I couldn't find any carrots at home (and was too lazy to go to the store '-') i went ahead without the carrot and even then it tastes great. Things I've learnt about cooking today: Finding the ingredients take more time than preparing the actual dish itself, especially when you're a nooob. Be cautious about how much cinnamon you use because if it's more, your dish may not taste good. Make sure you grind it well into fine powder so that it mixes well.
