I started playing this game because of one of your vids. Been playing for like two weeks and now have two tier V's. I learnt from this vid that you are able to repair in certain controlled bases. Good stuff.

Yeah. Kaim's a beast. The air bases with a "wrench" icon are where you can repair. If the wrench is red, repair is unavailable. Good luck
