when fitting new corks soak them overnight in engine oil, if you don't they will expand and be too tight, common mistake, people build clutches and they are perfect , just right, no rattles, slip or drag then after a few days the plates expand and become to tight, think about it, it makes sense,

LOL Clutch Plates garnished with olive oil ready for oven baked ! Clutch pack needs soaked over night in engine oil JASO MA2 wet clutch spec. For proper installation to avoid damage in the clutch pack.

Yes the heads will exchange between the 190cc Daytona and Zongshen ZS190. Of course if you’re putting a Daytona 4v head on a ZS190 you also need the correct piston with the valve relief.
