@@worldofswapnali6234 Tai, walking apan kadihi karu Shakto jamel tasa morning kiwa evening morning before 9.00 n evening after 5.00. Kay ahe jar apan thakto tar kami vela karaycha ani jamta tar jast vela. It depends on ur energy. Kahi zanana thakva yeto kahi zanana yet nahi. 15 minutes to 1/2 an hour u can walk. Kahi compulsory nahi. Ek diwas jamat nahi bore hota tar walk karunaka. Khanayach pan tasach ahe. Te protein powder vageyare gheu naka. Apla normal balanced diet ghya. Ani ho fridge madhla pani, thanda pivu naka karan deliverichya veli kaf kiwa Khokla jast zala tar problem hoto. Ani main manje kahi tension ghevu naka. Mast raha😊
