They literally fucked up that whole team of Porsches that were just minding their own business even broke one of them being in the way like that taking so long to make a damn simple decision like a gear change like.. the Audi wasn't broken the rear wheel may have been slightly bent but the car was very much mobile so there was no reason for them to just be sitting there

@@Avio033 wow. That’s crazy! We see it on the streets too. With people who buy fast cars or boats no experience and bad things happen. I live on a lake and we have at least 1 fatal incident a year due to this exact problem. In NJ you can watch a short vid and get a day license for a boat. But to get your actual captain license you spend a full day in class. That ignorance lead to the death of a 5 year old boy few years ago. We need real life sim configurations. Like in GT4 you can turn on driver aids and adjust to where it almost drives the car. Slows down if you late on brakes turns in if you late etc. one day I see it happening and will help mitigate this type of thing. Thanks for replay.

@@Avio033 wow. That’s insane! Guess that’s part of why insurance cost so much. I’ve never been there. A dream to one day to race there. I watch all the crash vids too. Some I’m like well what you think was going to happen. Some go out there with cars that aren’t sports cars at all and drive like one and crash. I know the, is it apex driving school there? They seem pretty good with training and not letting inexperienced people push limits and crash.

@@Avio033 Yeah, I was thinking probably a VW Golf would be more my speed as an American in Germany for the 1st time, much less the Nurburgring. Yes, I fantasize about driving a Porsche 911 on it. But it seems like the reason why people crash is because they're not quite one with the car. Plus not slowing down on rain mixed with oil slick doesn't help.

That was a lesson my Dad taught me, when he took to Sprint Car races at The Ascot Speedway; don't root for the green car. It's either slow,,, or it crashes...

OK. Self note. Look at BMW M2 CS as next ride. If it can flip do somersaults in the air , impact wall, roll, disintegrate, while keeping internal cabin cage intact, with driver walking away, it can keep me safe on LA freeways and SoCal mountain roads om weekends. For a small car, it is built like a little tank.

Bmw 320is! Gebe ich dir vollkommen recht. Andererseits denke ich mir, der BMW der hier richtig abfliegt, wo bleiben da die Streckenhelfer. Wie lange der auf dem Dach liegt und keiner kommt zur Hilfe. Unpopular opinion, but the caymans shouldn't have raced that hard under yellow, or the marshalls should have directly put a C60 out. The R8 Driver had no way to go, other than on the track to turn, not his fault, it happens.

Wdym "unpopular opinion"?? double yellows mean to slow the fuck down and if those porsches crashed it's their fault. Also does audi R8 not have a reverse gear? There's a spot to turn around right on the next bend like 50m way.

Honestly that gravel trap crashes more cars than it saves. Most of those would have slowed down or maintained control through the corner if that was paved.

Sobald die schranke am brünnchen z. B. offen steht ist es ein normaler öffentlicher parkplatz, sogar als solcher mit dem verkehrszeichen "parkplatz" von der straße aus gekennzeichnet. Da darf man filmen solange es nicht gegen die dsgvo verstößt. Ich weiß gar nicht, was die NGmbH sich da einbildet?!

@@schrainerwinkler4801 Er filmt aber nicht am Brünnchen, sondern bspw. oben am Schwedenkreuz. Alles Privatgelände drumherum. Wenn die Betreiberfirma das Filmen dort untersagt ist es schlicht und ergreifend Hausfriedensbruch, wenn man dagegen verstößt. Wie man sieht muss er sich auch ein wenig verstecken um nicht gleich verscheucht zu werden. Ich bin alles andere als auf Seiten der Betreiberfirma. Das Filmverbot halte ich für total bescheuert. Sie wollen halt die Kontrolle über das Videomaterial haben. Keine schlechte Publicity, keine Crashes, etc. Ich hoffe das Video hier wird nicht gesperrt und der Filmer nicht angezeigt.
