NSK thatha was an amazing personality. his roles with Sri MGR Sri M K Radha (my grandfather) are so fresh in my memories. Also, his performance in Yaar Paiyyan was too good. a true legendary in Tamil cinema

ரோட்டில்தான் சோடாவை வண்டியில் தள்ளி விற்கமுடியும். நாடகக்கொட்டகைக்குள் தலையில் சுமந்தோ ( soda crate ஐ) அல்லது சோடா பாட்டில் carrierஐ கையில் எடுத்தோ தான் விற்க முடியும். நான் டூரிங் டாக்கீஸில் இதனை பார்த்திருக்கிறேன். கலைவாணர் N S K அவர்கள் குறித்த சுவாரஸ்யமான தகவல்களை சுவைபட வழங்கினீர்கள் நன்றி.

பொய் சொல்லும் அவசியமில்லை.NSK தாத்தாவின் பொண்ணு திருமதி வடிவாம்பாள் சென்னை அசோக் நகரில் இருக்கிறார்.என் அம்மாவின் கூட பிறந்த அண்ணனை திருமணம் செய்து இருக்கிறார் அவர் வழியாக எனக்கு தாத்தா. வீட்டு நிலவரம் எந்த வாரிசும் விற்கவோ விலைசெய்யவோ முடியாது.அவரது இளையமகன் குடும்பத்தினர் அங்கு வசிக்கின்றனர் வீட்டை சரி செய்யும் வசதி இல்லை அவர்களுக்கு.இதுதான் நிஜம். நன்றி.

Wonderful to hear from Kasthuri Ma'am. Nadigar Thilagam SIvaji Ganesan considered NSK his mentor. I had the opportunity to speak with Kasthuri Ma'am when I organized a Memorial Service for Nadigar Thilagam in New Jersey upon his passing in 2001. Natya Peroli Padmini also held Sri NSK and Madhuram Amma in very high regard and was very grateful for their support. She would talk about how "Madhurakka" was her chaperone when she went to act in Jis Desh Me Ganga Behti Hai.

Tamil film industry Legend NSK.But he is no more now but his thoughts & his comedy still live in our hearts.Excellent narration. Hatts off Kalaivanar.

this is so touching. before u-tube documentaries, we didnt know much about true legends like NSK, Thiyagaraja Bhagavatar, Muthuramalinga ththevar, etc. people of my gen (50+) have heard our parents talk so fondly about those people - all their sources wouldve been magazines and relatable experiences in tough life. we couldnt get it why will any of these go murder someone. later we learnt they were framed by shameless crooks masquerading as politicians and others. sad stories.
