奶油培根烏龍麵|濃郁系晚餐料理!Creamy Bacon Udon

食材
培根-1片(切小塊)、洋蔥絲-30g、烏龍麵-1份(250g)、熱水-150ml、蛋黃-1顆
調味
鹽-1/4茶匙、黑胡椒-1/4茶匙、無鹽奶油-10g、鮮奶油-50ml
步驟
(1) 中火熱鍋,放入切塊的培根拌炒至金黃,放入洋蔥絲拌炒至軟化,再放入鹽及黑胡椒拌勻。
(2) 倒入熱水,以中小火煮至沸騰後,放入烏龍麵並蓋上鍋蓋悶煮至麵條鬆散(約3分鐘),再將麵條與湯汁拌勻。
(3) 關火,放入無鹽奶油、鮮奶油及蛋黃拌勻即可。

1 thinly sliced bacon (cut into small pieces), 30g onion (cut into julienne), 1 serving (250g) udon noodle, 150ml warm water, 1 egg yolk
Seasoning
1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 10g unsalted butter, 50ml whipping cream
Instructions
(1) Heat the pan over medium heat, add the bacon and stir fry until golden brown, add onion and stir fry until soft. Add salt and black pepper, stir well.
(2) Pour the warm water into the pan, boil over medium-low heat. Add the udon noodle, cover the pan and simmer for 3 minutes, then stir well.
(3) Turn off the heat, add unsalted butter, whipping cream and egg yolk, stir well. Enjoy!
