I had a very thick hair from birth, but I lost a lot of it while my graduation. I didn't take good care of it. At one point, it was too thin. Then I realised and started taking care of it. I changed my eating habits, lifestyle, and shampoos, hair oils, hair conditioners and it worked and helped control my hair fall. I ate more of green veggies and fruits of different colors. I did exercise 25 minutes every day. I used litlleeextra coco onioon shampoo, oil, hair conditioner. In the last 1 year, I have seen a very positive change in my hairs. I'm not losing hair like before.

shedding does happen dur to minxodil it iw temperoray can go away after some days as minxodil pushes your hair from resting to growth phase so all the hair in resting phase falls down you should continue minoxdil and search your root cause of falling
