~Derwent Inktense (from the recent 28 set):
Gold (can be substituted with Cadmium yellow, it will just be a slightly brighter yellow)
Ohuhu Alcohol markers:

V660 Blue Violet

RV390 Rose Pink
Y295 Barium Yellow
B996 Frost Blue (a light turquoise)

~I used Coliro Pearlcolors watercolor in Blue Pearl over the "smoke". It can be substituted with any metallic or pearly translucent watercolor. The set that carries this specific color is here (this is a beautiful set, I have this one as well as the one used in the video):
