I, for one, can say that I can appreciate the slower tempo in the song and the album overall. Conceptually I can kinda understand the music video and it serves to promote the album. If you had the time to degrade the video, then it's served it's purpose to lure you in to watch it. Regardless of how crappy you think it may be, you still listened to the song because you respect the band members and their talent, the rest is insignificant.

The song is one of my favorites. But the video makes ZERO sense to me. Nada. Can someone explain. The song makes me think "abusive relationship and death as the escape"

love 'em, but the video is such a "cliche metal video"-reminds me of 80's crap that was cranked out. Oh well.

MetalFan 666 This song came one year before Sabaton's song. ;) And, the title has been used by maaany before them. Metallica, Saxon, Meat Loaf, Sinergy etc. And there was a movie called that from 1955.

As a Maiden fan I can't stand that they stole the title "Children of the damned" that Maiden stole from a movie. How rude. They also stole "Set the world on fire" from both Symphony X and E-type. HOW RUDE!

yea, and it made me lost the interest I had when I clicked on it to watch it which translates to " driving away the listener" . but then again, to each their own. everyone has their own taste. some will love it some will hate it, and that's the way it goes for everything. guess it comes down to how every person decides to express it.

I like a lot of Mystic Prophecy's stuff, videos aren't the best. Love the heaviness but omg the singer wearing sunglasses in the video is beyond corny.
