haha looks like you're not a morning person :) In the Indian culture (especially in the yogic culture), waking up before the sun is a must. And preferably, finish off your sadhana before the sun is up too. It is called 'Sandhya kala' or 'Brahma muhurtha' - the best time for yoga/meditation, where the earth's energies are the most conducive for your sadhana. (It's like putting up your boat's sail when you see favourable winds, instead of having to row the boat yourself) :) Great to see your achievement at the end. Well done! Do you teach yoga full time in Poland?

Hey, love from Kerala. I know the vlog vedios are uploaded after a long time. The suggestion that I have is if you have noticed in India each place has different dressing style, food style and how people interact. Please check the food style of each state you visit and find the cheapest, healthiest place and try it. Because if you are in Kerala der is a long list of food available. The dosha is just a South common morning dish. But in Kerala it's entirely different. Try to check out next tym mam. It fascinates me how you find out places to stay cheap and enjoy local vibes. You are a honest down-to-earth youtuber I have seen. Congratulations for your great achievement. Thanks for staying one more month in God's own country. I don't know if you had an oprtunity to see the great Thrissur pooram :)

Nothing exciting happens in Kerala late night unless it's some kind of festival period. Really surprised what would you be doing till late midnight. On the other hand nature is at its best in the early mornings
